SALIMAX

SALIMAX is a concentrated herbal complex containing salicylates of natural origin that exhibit analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Owing to blood thinning, the product features a preventive effect and supports proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. The primary purpose of salicylates is to modulate the inflammatory response and provide analgesic effects, but other indications are also present and include trauma, lameness, respiratory infections, coccidiosis, sudden cardiac death syndrome, ascites, heat stress, growth promotion, reproductive performance, egg-laying improvement, gout and perirenal bleeding syndrome in turkeys* The effects of acetylsalicylic acid on reproductive function and weight gain under heat stress have been repeatedly studied in birds. Acetylsalicylic acid administered together with ascorbic acid was demonstrated to have a positive effect on growth and egg size, with no effect on body temperature; increased feed intake, increased egg-laying, increased shell weight, and decreased mortality was observed in laying hens receiving acetylsalicylic acid*. SALIMAX can be safely used from the first day of life of animals.
